Purposes of personal data processing

The processing of your personal data may be carried out for the following purposes:

  1. Purpose of processing: All activities related to the preparation, conclusion, due performance and termination of contracts. Period of processing: Until the termination of the contract, and thereafter, for other purposes related to the contract, e.g. the period for securing possible claims. Legal basis: Regulation, Article 6(1)(b).
  2. Purpose of processing: All activities related to the preparation, conclusion, due performance and termination of contracts to which you are not a party. Period of processing: Until the termination of the contract, and thereafter, for other purposes related to the contract, e.g. the period for securing possible claims. Legal basis: Regulation, Article 6(1)(f).
  3. Purpose of processing: To carry out activities carried out on the basis of consents granted, including: providing information about the Administrator and its activities, marketing carried out through electronic channels and telephone, preparing and sending ordered commercial offers, responding to messages sent through the Administrator’s website.
    Processing period: Until the withdrawal of the granted consents. Legal basis: Regulation, Article 6(1)(a).With regard to the situation in points 3(a-b), the provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes indicated.
Sources of obtaining personal data

We process your personal data obtained directly from you (e.g., data provided on forms), as well as those obtained from other publicly available sources.

Recipients of personal data

Recipients of your personal data may be:

  1. Public authorities or entities authorized to request access to or receive personal data under the law,
  2. Entities to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data on the basis of concluded contracts, e.g. accounting offices, law firms, printing houses, courier service providers, IT and other service providers processing data on behalf of the Administrator,
  3. Entities to which you have given your consent to share and process your personal data.The Administrator will not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organizations.
Data retention period

Your personal data will be stored for the period of cooperation with you or the Entity you represent. After that time, for the period of limitation of claims related to this cooperation or the period necessary for the implementation of obligations imposed by generally applicable laws.Your personal data processed on the basis of your consent will be stored for the period of its validity, i.e. until its withdrawal. After that time, for the period necessary to carry out the obligations imposed by generally applicable laws.

Entitlements

You are entitled to:

  1. Request access to personal data concerning you,
  2. Demand rectification of personal data concerning your person,
  3. Request deletion or restriction of processing of personal data concerning your person,
  4. Object to the processing of personal data concerning your person,
  5. Request portability of personal data concerning your person,
  6. File a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, formerly the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection)The detailed scope of your rights as a data subject is contained in Chapter III of the RODO, “Rights of the Data Subject.”
Automated decision-making

Your personal data will be processed by automated or partially automated means. However, they will not be used to make decisions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

Changes to the policy

The Administrator reserves the right to change this policy and update it.

II. Cookies Policy

“Cookies” are small text files containing computer data stored on users’ devices, which are intended for the use of websites. “Cookies” allow, among other things, to display websites tailored to individual preferences and usually contain the website address, the time of storage on the user’s device and its own unique identifier.

We use session (temporary) and permanent cookies. Session cookies are stored on the user’s device until the user logs out of the website or shuts down the web browser. Permanent Cookies, on the other hand, are stored for a defined period of time, which is determined by a parameter contained in the “Cookies” file.
